Ingredients :
310ml milk
60g soft butter
3 tablespoons of sugar
600g flour
1 bag of brioche
1 teaspoon of salt
1 egg (+ 1 for glazing: optional)
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
Preparation :
Put all the ingredients in the robot.
Run the dough program.
Take out the dough and form buns once the program is finished.
Leave to swell for another 30 minutes.
Heat the oven to 200°.
Brush the buns with an egg yolk + milk + sugar.
