Super Fluffy Vanilla Butter Rolls
Ingredients:
3½ cups bread flour
1 cup warm milk
2¼ tsp active dry yeast
¼ cup sugar
1 egg
¼ cup unsalted butter (softened)
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp salt
Directions:
Activate Yeast: In a large bowl, combine warm milk and sugar. Sprinkle yeast on top. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
Mix Dough: Add egg, butter, and vanilla to the yeast mixture. Stir in flour and salt gradually. Knead for about 8–10 minutes until soft and elastic.
First Rise: Cover and let the dough rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
Shape Rolls: Divide into 12 pieces and shape into rolls. Arrange in a greased baking dish.
Second Rise: Let them rise again for 30–40 minutes until puffy.
Bake: Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–22 minutes until golden.
Finish: Brush warm rolls with melted butter. Serve soft and fluffy!
