Apple pockets: perfect to accompany tea!
1 roll of puff pastry
100 g (½ cup) apple jam
½ tsp. cinnamon
50g (½ cup) sugar
Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F.
Roll out the puff pastry and evenly distribute the apple jam on it. Roll the dough and cut the log into 8 pieces.
Use a chopstick to press each piece in the middle.
Brush apple pastries with beaten egg and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture.
Cook for 20 minutes.
