Parker House Rolls: the fluffiest rolls you’ll ever eat
250 ml of warm milk
7 g dry yeast
62 g melted margarine
50 g sugar
7 g of salt
375 gr of flour
In a bowl, dissolve the dry yeast in the milk and add a pinch of sugar, let stand.
Mix the sugar with the margarine separately. Then add the milk (with the yeast), egg, flour and salt.
Form a loaf and let it rest for an hour. Then divide it into two portions and form the sandwiches with each of them.
Let them rest for 30 minutes and then brush them with butter. Let them rest for another 15 minutes and then bake them at 356°F (180°) for 25 minutes.
