Perfect Soft Vanilla Milk Buns

Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup warm milk
2 tbsp sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp unsalted butter (softened)
2¼ tsp yeast
½ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Activate Yeast: Mix warm milk and sugar. Add yeast and let bloom for 5–10 minutes.
Form Dough: Add egg, butter, vanilla. Stir in flour and salt. Knead for 8 minutes until soft and smooth.
First Rise: Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
Shape: Divide into balls. Place into a greased baking tray.
Second Rise: Let rise another 30 minutes.
Bake: Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes until lightly golden.
Enjoy: Brush with butter. Enjoy soft, fluffy milk buns!
