I present to you a lighter and still delicious alternative to the chocolate tiramisu recipe, which does not contain eggs. For the cream, I use mascarpone mixed with sweetened liquid cream, and the spoon cookies are dipped in coffee, as usual. I also added some chocolate chips to make this dessert even more greedy and tasty. The preparation is easy and quick, you will love it!
How to make chocolate tiramisu!
250 g of mascarpone
300 g sweetened liquid cream
Freshly brewed and chilled coffee
Bitter cocoa powder
Prepare a few cups of coffee and let it cool.
In a large bowl, whip the mascarpone and the sweetened liquid cream
using an electric mixer until the mixture becomes stiff.
Dip the spoon cookies in the coffee and arrange them in a layer in a baking dish.
Spoon half of the mascarpone and cream mixture over the cookies and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Arrange a second layer of coffee-dipped cookies on top, then spread the rest of the mascarpone cream.
Sprinkle bitter cocoa powder on the surface of the tiramisu.
Place the tiramisu dish without eggs in the refrigerator for at least 2 to 3 hours so that the preparation solidifies.
Once cooled, serve the tiramisu without eggs and enjoy!
