Sticks tiramisu

Sticks tiramisu: the super tasty snack that will conquer everyone


(for 10 pieces)
20 ladyfingers
250g mascarpone
150g egg yolks (about 10)
140g sugar
40g water
1 sheet of gelatin (about 4g)
250g dark chocolate
2 teaspoons of coconut oil
10 ice cream sticks
to taste Coffee to dip the biscuits


Wet the biscuits on one side only with cold coffee, arrange them on a tray and keep them in the freezer.
Meanwhile, prepare the mascarpone cream: heat the egg yolks with the sugar and water.
Add the already rehydrated gelatin, whip the mixture in the planetary mixer until it cools down.
Work the mascarpone with a spatula and gently fold it into the whipped egg yolks.
Transfer to a few sacs and fill the biscuits, inserting the wooden stick.
Let it freeze well.
Melt the chocolate and add the coconut oil to make it more fluid.
Glaze the tiramisu biscuits, wait for the chocolate to crystallize and keep in the freezer until serving.
