Tiramisu strawberry

Tiramisu strawberry white chocolate, we are completely addicted!

Ingredients :

100g white chocolate
500g of mascarpone
6 eggs
300g of strawberries
2 packets of Breton palets
60g of sugar

Preparation :

Step: 1
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.

Step: 2
Beat the yolks with the sugar.

Step 3
Add the mascarpone.

Step 4
Add the white chocolate, mixing gently.

Step: 5
Beat the egg whites until stiff.

Step: 6
Gently fold in the egg whites.

Step: 7
Crumble the palets bretons.

Step: 8
Put a thin layer on the bottom of your serving dish.

Step: 9
Add a layer of mascarpone cream.

Step: 10
Then add a layer of strawberries cut into pieces.

Step: 11
Repeat the operation with a layer of cookies and a layer of mascarpone cream.

To finish:
Scatter a few crumbs of palets bretons and a few strawberries to decorate (if you don’t have any left, sprinkle cocoa powder, or grate chocolate of your choice on top).
Put in the fridge for at least 8 hours.
