Two ingredients! Cresent rolls filled with cherry pie filling
Ingredients:
- 1 can of crescent roll dough (8 pieces)
- 1 cup of cherry pie filling
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure it’s ready when you need it.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough carefully and separate it into individual triangles.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of cherry pie filling onto the widest part of each dough triangle. Make sure not to overfill to prevent leaks during baking.
- Gently roll each triangle, starting from the wide end and moving towards the tip. Seal the edges slightly as you roll to secure the filling inside.
- Place the filled crescent rolls on a baking sheet, leaving a bit of space between each.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 12 to 15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
Tips:
- For added flavor, brush the rolls with melted butter before baking.
- Consider dusting the finished rolls with powdered sugar for a touch of sweetness.
- If you like an extra kick, sprinkle some cinnamon on the cherry filling before rolling.
