Ingredients:

  • 4 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 2 teaspoons of active dry yeast

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, sugar, salt, and active dry yeast.
  2. Slowly add warm water to the dry ingredients while mixing continuously until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a clean surface for about 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  4. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  5. After resting, divide the dough into equal parts and shape each part into a bread loaf.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the bread loaves in the skillet.
  7. Cook each side of the bread for about 5 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Remove from the skillet and let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
  9. Enjoy your freshly made bread in just 10 minutes!
