What you will need:
1/2 kilogram of boneless skinless chicken breast cut into small pieces
1 cup chicken broth
2 garlic cloves,chopped
2 teaspoons cornstarch
2 teaspoons of chopped ginger
20 grams sugar
3 tablespoons soy sauce
300 grams broccoli
salt and pepper to taste
How to Make It:
Mix chicken, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper.
Spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray, then heat over medium high heat.
Fry the chicken pieces for about 2 minutes or until chicken getting brown.
Add 3/4 cup of the broth, the soy sauce and sugar.
Cover and cook over for 5 minutes with stirring.
Add broccoli, cover and cook for another 5 minutes.
Mix cornstarch with remaining 1/4 cup broth, stir into chicken mixture.
Stir frequently, until sauce is thickened.
Serve with rice if desired.
