Vanilla pancakes are a delicious option for breakfast or dessert that can be made quickly by mixing simple ingredients. You can serve them with icing sugar, maple syrup, fresh fruit or a topping of your choice for a satisfying meal.

How to make vanilla pancakes!

Ingredients :

1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
1 pinch of salt
250g of flour
2 eggs
500ml of milk
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Preparation :

First, in a large bowl, combine the flour, salt and sugar.
Then, add the eggs, vanilla extract and vegetable oil, and mix until you get a thick and homogeneous paste.
Next, slowly pour in the milk, stirring constantly, until the batter is smooth and liquid.
Once you’re done, let the dough rest for 10-15 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat, and lightly oil the pan with vegetable oil.
When the batter has finished resting, pour a small ladle of batter
into the pan and cook the pancake for about 1-2 minutes, until the underside is golden brown.
Then flip the pancake and cook the other side.
Repeat the process until all the batter is used.
Finally, serve the pancakes hot, with icing sugar,
maple syrup, fresh fruit or any other garnish of your choice. Enjoy your food !
