50 g sugar
3 eggs
150 ml milk
100 g quark
A little salt
A little sunflower oil

Preparation

Here’s how it’s done:

  1. First put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a mixer or whisk. Lightly grease and heat a coated frying pan. Now add the dough and fry until golden brown on both sides.
  2. The quark pancakes taste best with jam, powdered sugar and fresh berries!

Our tip:
If you don’t like sweet toppings, you can leave out the sugar in the quark pancakes completely. Quick, easy and super tasty.
