Butterless Pancakes

Ingredients :

150g flour
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
2 eggs
1 pinch of sweetener
300ml lukewarm skimmed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of oil + a paper towel

Preparation :

In a bowl put the flour and make a well in the center.
Add the vanilla sugar and warm milk then mix.
Add the eggs one by one, mixing with a whisk, until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous paste.
Wrap the bowl with cling film and let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
Heat a non-stick pancake pan then grease it lightly with a paper towel soaked in oil.
Then cook your pancakes for 1 to 2 minutes per side.
