INGREDIENTS :

3 large eggs
80 g (0.4 cup) sugar
180g (1.4 cups) flour
5g vanilla sugar
5 g (1 teaspoon) baking powder
10 g (2 teaspoons) cocoa
90 ml (0.4 cup) milk
hazelnut cream
Hazelnuts and split almonds

METHOD :

Beat the eggs and sugar, when you get a foamy mixture, add vanilla sugar, flour, baking powder, as well as milk, mix everything with a mixer and pour into a small 500 ml bottle.
Heat a frying pan and make small circles.
Make sandwiches by filling two pancakes with hazelnut cream, then rolling the sides in pieces of hazelnuts and almonds
