Super Soft Vanilla Breakfast Cake

Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
¾ cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup milk
2 large eggs
½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
1½ tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8×8 inch square pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, mix milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla.
Pour wet into dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Bake for 28–32 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool slightly. Slice and serve warm for a soft, comforting breakfast cake.
