Easy Lemon Milk Sheet Cake
Ingredients:
2½ cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup milk
½ cup butter (softened)
3 eggs
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp lemon zest
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Prep Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch pan.
Mix Dry: Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
Cream Wet: Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one by one. Mix in milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla.
Combine: Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients gradually.
Bake: Pour into the prepared pan. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool & Serve: Let cool before slicing this soft, bright lemon cake.
