Stuffed sandwiches: perfect for a delicious appetizer!
INGREDIENTS :
500 g (4 cups) flour (all purpose)
1 c. salt
1 c. baking powder
150g butter
1 egg
200 g sour cream
Filling:
350g chicken meat
2 onions
1 potato
salt
Paprika
Pepper
50 mL (0.23 cup) oil
Parsley
Sesame seeds
Egg yolk
METHOD :
Mix all ingredients and knead dough. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Mix all ingredients for filling.
Divide the dough into 12 pieces and form into balls. Unroll the cakes. Put the filling in the middle of the cake and cover with another cake. Close the edges in the shape of a flower. Put the formed sandwiches on a baking sheet and brush them with yellow.
Form the flower leaves and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 45 minutes at 180C° / 350°F
