Doughnut pastries

Doughnut pastries: the whole family will love them!

INGREDIENTS :

700 g (5.6 cups) flour (all purpose)
300 mL (1.23 cups) milk
2 eggs
100 g (0.5 cup) sugar
50 ml (0.23 cup) oil
7g dry yeast
salt
10g vanilla sugar
100g butter

METHOD :

Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into 10 parts. Roll out each part. Put the cakes on top of each other, greasing them with melted butter.
Cut the folded cakes into strips and form the Pastries. Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Brush with egg and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C / 350°F.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
