INGREDIENTS :

Egg 4
Sugar 90g
Olive oil 50 ml (1/4 cup)
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Cake flour 70g
Orange juice 90ml

How to make Ogura cake

In a bowl, combine egg yolks with juice, oil and salt.
Whisk until smooth.
Sift the flour into the wet ingredients.
Strain the dough.
In another bowl, beat egg whites with sugar. Fold in first mixture.
Transfer to the baking dish in the largest pan with hot water.
Bake at 150°C (300°F) for 30 minutes and then another 30 minutes at 130°C (260°F). Use a large plate to remove the cake from the baking dish.
