How to make strawberry dessert!

Ingredients :

500g Strawberries
80g sugar
10 cl of milk
Citron
2 Bananas

Preparation :

To make this strawberry dessert, you will need ripe strawberries and 2 bananas to avoid adding too much sugar.
You can replace the milk with lactose-free milk, or replace it
with full cream for an even more gourmet version.
Start by cleaning the strawberries, then cut them into small
pieces and place them in a freezer-safe, airtight container with a lid.
Also cut the bananas into small pieces and add them to the container with the strawberries.
Freeze the fruit mix overnight.
The next day, put the mixture in a tall, narrow container, then add the lemon juice, sugar and milk.
Use an immersion blender (or a blender) to mix everything until you obtain a creamy and velvety mixture.
If the mixture is too thick, you can add 50 ml of milk to soften it.
You can enjoy this dessert right away in sorbet cups, or keep it in the fridge. To serve it, decorate it with fresh strawberries and a little whipped cream.
