All purpose flour: 200g
egg: 1
Salt: 4g
Caster sugar: 20g
Dry yeast: 7
Hot milk: 160ml
Granulated sugar
Preparation :
In a bowl, add the egg, salt, sugar and whisk. Add the flour, baking powder, milk and mix well with a spatula.
Let stand 60 minutes.
With a spoon, create the donuts and fry them in deep oil on both sides until golden brown.
Decorate with powdered sugar.
