Sweet donuts: easy to make and with an incredible result!
500g (3 1/3 cups) flour
250ml (1 cup) warm milk
7g dry yeast
25g (2 tablespoons) sugar
6g (1 teaspoon) salt
4 g (1 teaspoon) baking powder
In a bowl, add the milk, yeast, sugar, salt, egg, butter, baking powder, flour and mix everything together to create a paste. Let stand 1 hour.
Knead the dough and divide it into 8 equal parts and roll each into a ball.
Roll out as small as possible and create the donut shape.
Add the donuts to the baking sheet and let stand for 15 minutes.
Add donuts to hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides. Dip in sugar on both sides before serving
