Ingredients :

for the Spekulatius-Torte recipe

For the cooking plate:
Baking pan (included with baking mat)
Dough:
50 grams look at the mirrors

100g soft margarine or butter
2 eggs (size M)
25ml Milk (2 tablespoons)
½ level teaspoon ground cinnamon
Trim:
175g Mandarins (drained weight)
300g cold whipped cream
250g mascarpone
For decoration:
approximately 125g Speculoos (approximately 11 pieces)

How to bake a speculoos cake?
1.Prepare
For the garnish, drain the tangerines in a colander, collecting the liquid. Set up the baking dish according to the instructions (on the baking dish). Place the mold on the baking sheet. To preheat the oven.

Place the tangerine fillets on the moon-shaped cake. Finely crumble 1 speculoos in a freezer bag. Place the cookie cutter on the cake and fill it with a few crumbs. Decorate the edge of the cake with speculoos.
