Apple cake recipe

Apple bouquet cake

Ingredients :

Dough:
3 eggs
160 gr of sugar
80 gr of corn oil
230 gr of flour
1 packet of baking powder
Cinnamon to taste
1 apple

Cream:
2 egg yolks
50 grams of sugar
25 grams of cornstarch
250 grams of milk
Vanilla 1 pod

Preparation :

Cream: heat the milk with the vanilla bean. Separately, whisk the eggs with the sugar and cornstarch. Remove the vanilla from the milk and pour over the eggs. Bring to the heat and let thicken.
Dough: beat the eggs and add the sugar. Then add the oil and continue mixing. Sift the baking powder and cinnamon into the flour. Combine the two compounds and form a homogeneous mixture.
Pour half of the batter into a pan, then add the sliced apple. Pour the rest of the batter and add the cream.
Bake at 175° for 35/40 minutes.
