Soft Bread With Sesame Seeds: Fragrant And Easy To Prepare!
Soft sesame seed bread is a fragrant and easy-to-prepare delight, ideal to accompany a meal or for a tasty breakfast. It is prepared with a soft and light dough, embellished with sesame seeds which give it a crunchy texture and a delicious taste.
Ingredients :
640g (5 cups) flour
400 ml (1 3/4 cup) water
7g (1 1/2 tsp) sugar
7g (1 1/2 tsp) dry yeast
5 g (1 teaspoon) salt
Breadcrumbs
30g (2 tbsp) yoghurt
1 egg yolk
Sesame seeds
Preparation :
In a bowl, add the flour, water, sugar, dry yeast, salt and mix. When everything is mixed, knead the dough to create the dough. Cover the dough and let rise for 40 minutes.
When the time is up, remove the dough from the bowl and divide it into 6 pieces. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper and transfer the balls. Cover with a towel and let rest for 30 minutes.
Mix the yogurt and egg yolk to prepare the mixture for the coating. After 30 minutes of rest, coat the buns with a tablespoon of the mixture.
Soft bread with sesame seeds at your fingertips. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 240°C/464°F for 20 minutes.
