The Best Yogurt Brioche Bread Recipe Yogurt
brioche bread is a soft and light bread made with yogurt, flour, sugar, eggs, yeast and oil.
The soft and airy texture of the dough is obtained thanks to the use of yoghurt which makes it softer and easier to knead.
This bread is perfect for breakfast or a snack, and can be served plain or with butter and honey.
2 plain yogurts
500g flour 1 egg yolk 50g softened butter
1 egg 2 sachets of baker’s yeast 50g of sugar
Put all the ingredients in the food processor bowl and knead with the kneading hook for 5 min.
Leave to rest for 15 minutes and knead the dough again for 3 minutes.
Put the dough in a cake mold or other, cover with a clean cloth and let rise 50 min.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (th 6). Beat the egg yolk with 1 tablespoon of milk, brown the brioche with it and bake for 30 min. Enjoy your food !
