A puffy, super moist hamburger bun that is easy to make, well worth the effort, good preparation dear fans. Don’t forget to share the recipe.
250 g flour type 45
250 g flour type 55
250 ml milk
12 g brewer’s yeast
15 g sugar
30 g honey
45 g of softened butter
6 g salt
In a bowl, mix honey with sugar, yeast and warm milk.
In another bowl, pour the flour and make a hole in the center. Pour the mixture with the milk little by little while mixing.
Add the softened butter cut into pieces and the salt. Work the dough into a soft dough.
Put in a container and cover with a clean cloth.
Let the dough rise for 2 hours.
Take the dough and divide into 6 equal balls of dough.
Brush with milk and cover the surface with sesame seeds.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the dough balls on it and let rise for 45 minutes.
Preheat oven to 200° C. Bake at this temperature for 10 minutes, then lower the temperature to 170°C and bake for another 5 minutes.
Take out and let cool. Cut in half and garnish!
