Potato pie in a pan is a great and tasty second course that the whole family will love. It prepares in minutes and is an exceptional fridge dump: we filled it with cooked ham and mozzarella, but you can vary the meats and cheeses according to your tastes or what you have at home. For a perfect end result, use red potatoes and grate them finely and press them well to lose as much water as possible. How to make a potato cake in a pan

STEP 1 Peel
