Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas (peeled and mashed)
- 2 large eggs
- 25g cocoa powder
- 5g baking powder (optional)
- Banana slices or nuts for decoration (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas and eggs until well mixed.
- Add in the cocoa powder and baking powder, stirring until combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until set.
- Allow to cool before decorating with banana slices or nuts, if desired.
- Serve and enjoy your guilt-free dessert!
Tips:
- Make sure the bananas are ripe for a sweeter flavor in the dessert.
