Millefeuille Cake

Ingredients:

150g butter
150 g of sugar
1 dried vanilla
1 spoon of vanilla extract

180 ml of milk at room temperature.
200 grams of brasna
1 baking powder
100 g of chocolate crumbs

Preparation:

Mix the butter with the vanilla sugar, sugar and eggs.
Mix until frothy.
Then add the vanilla extract and mix a little more.

Mix the flour with the baking powder and slowly add to the mixture through a sieve.
Mix everything again lightly.
At the end, add the chocolate crumbs and mix with a spatula.

Coat a 25 x 10 cm mold with butter and flour.
Pour the mixture into the mold.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 40 minutes.
Check with a toothpick.
Remove the cake from the oven, let it cool a little and carefully remove it from the mold.
Cover with chocolate icing.
