Ingredients
1 stick Land O Lakes butter
1 Betty Crocker Golden Yellow Cake Mix
3 Large Eggs
1 (16 oz.) box Domino’s Confectioner’s Sugar
1 (8 oz.) box Philadelphia Cream Cheese (softened)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 325 degrees. Spray the bottom and sides of an oven safe pan. Set aside. Melt your butter in medium size microwavable bowl for 60 seconds. Once it cools, add your cake mix and 1 egg. Beat on medium speed for about a minute. The mixture should be sort of doughy. Press it into a pan. Next you beat 2 eggs, confectioner’s sugar, and cream cheese on medium speed for about a minute. Once it’s good and creamy, and pour over your cake mixture. Bake for 45 – 55 minutes on 325 degrees or until golden brown. Remove, cool, and enjoy
