Ingredients :
For the mass:
600 g flour (all purpose)
1 tablespoon sugar
10 g dry yeast
1 teaspoon salt
200 ml hot milk
200 ml lukewarm water
3 tablespoons oil
Jam
Oil
preparation :
- Mix sugar, yeast, salt, lukewarm milk and lukewarm water. Add the flour and knead the dough.
- Pour the oil over the dough and leave for 2 hours.
- Divide the dough into portions and form balls. Form flowers with the dough.
- Leave to stand for 30 minutes. Fry.
