Homemade mini doughnuts that have nothing to envy to those of the baker, easy and soft, you can do plain or filled of your choice.

Ingredients :

300 gr of flour
20 gr of sugar
7 gr of dry yeast
50 gr of butter at room temperature
130 gr of whole milk
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 egg

Preparation :

Put the flour, sugar, yeast, butter, milk, salt and egg in the mixer.
Work the ingredients until you obtain a uniform and homogeneous mixture.
Let rise until the dough has doubled in size.
Roll out the dough and form the doughnuts.
Let them rest for 15 minutes and fry them in hot oil.
Strain them with sugar and enjoy these delicacies.
