  • 1/4 cup cake flour, sifted

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 320°F (160°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners. This will help keep the cupcakes moist and prevent sticking.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine the milk, cream cheese, and butter. Heat over low flame, stirring constantly until the mixture is smooth and well-blended. Remove from heat and let it cool.

  8. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  9. Place the muffin tin on a baking sheet and pour hot water into the sheet to create a water bath. This prevents the cupcakes from cracking.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the tops are slightly golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  11. Allow the cupcakes to cool in the oven with the door slightly ajar for about 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
