Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup warm water

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
  3. Add the sweetened condensed milk and melted butter to the dry ingredients, then slowly mix in the warm water until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-10 minutes until smooth, then shape it into a loaf and place it in the prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
  6. Allow the bread to cool before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
