Soft and Fluffy Condensed Milk Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 3/4 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup condensed milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 egg
Directions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, mix warm milk, condensed milk, melted butter, and egg.
- Slowly pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp towel, and let it rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours, or until doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough and divide it into equal portions. Shape each portion into a ball and place in a greased loaf pan.
- Cover the loaf pan with a damp towel and let the dough rise for another 30-45 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Bake the bread for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool before slicing and serving.
Tips:
- Make sure the milk is warm but not too hot, as it can kill the yeast.
- You can brush the top of the bread with melted butter for added flavor.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container to keep the bread soft and fresh.
