  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 3/4 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast. Mix well.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix warm milk, condensed milk, melted butter, and egg.
  3. Slowly pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp towel, and let it rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours, or until doubled in size.
  6. Punch down the dough and divide it into equal portions. Shape each portion into a ball and place in a greased loaf pan.
  7. Cover the loaf pan with a damp towel and let the dough rise for another 30-45 minutes.
  8. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  9. Bake the bread for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven and let it cool before slicing and serving.

  • Make sure the milk is warm but not too hot, as it can kill the yeast.
