Easy Nutella Tiramisu

Ingredients :

3 eggs
250 g of mascarpone
80 g of sugar
Nutella according to your tastes
Boudoirs
Flaked almonds
1 cup of coffee

Preparation :

Separate the whites from the yolks.
On one side, beat the egg whites until stiff.
On the other hand, whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until the mixture turns white.
Add the mascarpone to the egg yolk/sugar mixture until you obtain a smooth mixture. Then, delicately add the egg whites.
Cut the ladyfingers so that they fill the diameter of your verrine. Dip them quickly in the coffee and line the bottom.
Melt the Nutella in the microwave (remembering to remove all the aluminum around the edges).
Cover the ladyfingers with Nutella (about 2 good teaspoons) then with mascarpone cream. Alternating several layers or not if you prefer to have more mascarpone.
For decoration, to change from the usual cocoa powder, I like to add flaked almonds, chocolate chips or nougatine. And for those with a sweet tooth, a Kinder bar!!!
Leave to set in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
