Quick and easy Madeleines recipe

100g of flour
100g melted butter
2 eggs lightly beaten
1/2 untreated orange or lemon zest
1/2 tsp baking powder
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Mix all the ingredients together then let the dough rest in the fridge for 1 hour
This gives a nice bump when cooked.
Pour the batter into the buttered madeleine mould.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, and when the hollow is done, we open the oven door to have pretty bumps.
