Lemon cake Recipe

Lemon cake

Ingredients :

150 gr of soft butter
150 gr of caster sugar
4 eggs
200 gr of flour
1 sachet of yeast
1 lemon
1 yoghurt.

Preparation :

In a bowl, work the soft butter with the sugar
Add the eggs and the yogurt and mix
Grate the lemon and add it to the mixture with the lemon juice
Add the flour and the yeast.
Mix well and pour into a buttered pan.
Put in the oven at 180 c°, 30mn.
