Easy Lemon Milk Butter Buns
Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour
¾ cup warm milk
1 egg
3 tbsp sugar
¼ cup butter (softened)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
2¼ tsp active dry yeast
½ tsp salt
Directions:
Combine milk and sugar in a bowl. Sprinkle in yeast, let sit for 10 minutes.
Mix in egg, butter, lemon juice, vanilla, and salt.
Add flour gradually until dough forms. Knead until smooth (8–10 minutes).
Let rise for 1 hour covered.
Shape into buns, place in greased pan, let rise 30 more minutes.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 18–20 minutes or until golden.
Serve warm — soft, buttery, with a gentle lemon touch.
