lady kisses Recipe



For the cookies:
– 175 g of flour
– 80 g ground almonds
– 75 g ground hazelnut
– 160 g of butter
– 45 g brown sugar
– 80 g of sugar

– vanilla powder
For the chocolate filling:
– 90g dark chocolate
– 150g hazelnut puree
– 25 g icing sugar


Preparing the cookies:
First put the butter in small cubes in a bowl and crush them with the spatula for 2 to 3 minutes.
Once you have the softened butter, add sugar and brown sugar, salt and vanilla powder then mix everything with the spatula.
Then add almond and hazelnut powder, mix, then add the flour and mix to have a paste.
Form a ball with your dough, wrap it in film and place it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Take out your dough and form balls – about 24 – place your balls on two baking sheets lined with parchment paper and place them in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Heat your oven to 160° then place your baking sheets for 25 minutes… let cool.

Preparing the chocolate filling:
First, melt the chocolate in a bowl either in a bain-marie or for 30 seconds in the microwave.
Then mix the hazelnut puree with icing sugar in another bowl using a spoon.
Then add the melted chocolate on top and mix everything together, cover your bowl with film and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Fill a piping bag with your chocolate topping, spread a layer on an upturned biscuit then place another biscuit on top…repeat with the rest.
