Donuts with hazelnut cream: soft and tasty!
200 ml (4/5 cup) lukewarm milk
7 g dry yeast
8 g vanilla sugar
2 tablespoons sugar
50 ml (1/5 cup) vegetable oil
400 g (3 1/4 cups ) flour
1 teaspoon salt
- In a bowl, mix the lukewarm milk with the sugar and yeast, then add the egg, oil, flour and salt. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
- Divide the dough into 8 pieces, roll it out and press down in the center. Leave to rise for another 20 minutes and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- Coat with sugar and garnish with hazelnut cream
