Donuts with hazelnut cream

Donuts with hazelnut cream: soft and tasty!


200 ml (4/5 cup) lukewarm milk
7 g dry yeast
1 egg
8 g vanilla sugar
2 tablespoons sugar
50 ml (1/5 cup) vegetable oil
400 g (3 1/4 cups ) flour
1 teaspoon salt
Hazelnut cream


  1. In a bowl, mix the lukewarm milk with the sugar and yeast, then add the egg, oil, flour and salt. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
  2. Divide the dough into 8 pieces, roll it out and press down in the center. Leave to rise for another 20 minutes and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
  3. Coat with sugar and garnish with hazelnut cream
