1 kg of flour
300 grams of caster sugar
20g baking powder (baking powder)
2 sachets of vanilla sugar
50ml orange blossom water
Beat the eggs, vanilla sugar and caster sugar for a long time until the mixture doubles in volume.
Add the oil and beat again.
Add the flour mixed with the yeast until a non-sticky and homogeneous dough is obtained.
Use a meat grinder (see photo) with fluted tip to shape the biscuits or make sausages by hand and cut them into sticks.
Bake in a hot oven at 180° (356 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
