Croissant donuts: you won’t be able to stop at just one!
They are soft, fluffy…and simply irresistible!
INGREDIENTS :
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
• orange peel
• 1/2 salt
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 8 g yeast
• 7 g baking powder
• 150 ml / 5.3 oz lukewarm water
• 100 g / 0.7 cup semolina
• 250 g / 1.7 cup flour
• cooking oil
• sugar
METHOD :
Dissolve yeast and sugar in lukewarm water. Add the flour and leave to rise for 10 minutes.
Add all the remaining ingredients and make a dough.
Roll up the cake. Cut the donuts. Let it rise.
Fry in a large amount of oil. Sprinkle the finished donuts with sugar.
