INGREDIENTS :
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
orange zest
1/2 salt
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
8 g yeast
7 g baking powder
150 ml / 5.3 oz of warm water
100 g / 0.7 cup of semolina
250 g / 1.7 cups of flour
cooking oil

METHOD :
Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Add flour and let rise 10 minutes.
Add all the remaining ingredients and knead the dough.
Roll the cake.
Cut the doughnuts. Let rise.
Fry in plenty of oil.
Sprinkle the finished fritters with sugar.
