Creamy Lemon Chicken: It takes less than 30 minutes and only one pan!
2 chicken breasts
4 cloves of garlic
Juice of one lemon
1 cup of chicken broth
1 tablespoon of flour
2 tablespoons of butter
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Chop the chicken breasts, then add the salt, pepper and olive oil.
Fry the breasts on both sides. Add ½ cup of chicken broth, minced garlic and lemon juice. Cook for 10 minutes.
Remove the chicken from the pan, melt the butter and mix with the flour.
Pour in remaining chicken broth and stir until sauce thickens. Return chopped parsley and chicken to pan. Cook for 2 minutes.
