Recipe: Ingredients: 3 large eggs, separated
1/4 cup cottage cheese
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 teaspoon honey (optional, for a touch of sweetness)
1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions: Get the oven ready by preheating it to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a clean mixing bowl, beat the egg whites with the cream of tartar until they form stiff peaks.
In another bowl, blend the egg yolks with the cottage cheese, honey (if using), and salt until smooth.
Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the yolk mixture in batches, being careful not to deflate the mixture.
Scoop the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming small rounds or a loaf shape depending on preference.
Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden and slightly firm to the touch.
Let cool slightly before removing from the baking sheet.
Enjoy as a light snack or use as a low-carb bread alternative.
