Bakery-style chocolate chip muffins
THE INGREDIENTS :
Wheat flour: 200 g
Baking powder: 5 g
Fine salt : 2 pinches
Brown sugar : 120 g
Full cream : 25 cl
Egg(s) : 2 pieces
Black raisin(s) : 100 g
METHOD :
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 190 °C (th. 6-7).
STEP 2
Line silicone muffin tins with paper liners.
STEP 3
In a large bowl, sift together flour, salt and baking powder.
In another bowl, beat eggs with a whisk and gradually add brown sugar. Continue beating while slowly pouring in the cream and then gradually adding the dry ingredients. Finish the dough by adding the raisins.
STEP 4
Fill the muffin tins to ¾ of their capacity, then bake for 20 to 30 minutes. The muffins are cooked when they are golden brown. Then let them cool on a rack for a few minutes.
STEP 5
Enjoy the muffins warm
